About

This site originally began as part of a lecture that required a personal portfolio site to be designed. Since I did not have an internet presence up to that point, I decided to take it a bit further and implement a permanent, live website. It is designed with mostly static content in mind. Below you can find some information about the technologies that were used in creating this website.

Processing of site content is done with Jekyll, a static website generator.

Layout, design and styling is done with Materialize, a CSS framework aiming to implement Google's material design guidelines.

Material icons on this site are provided by Google, free of charge

The mail icon used in the 'Contact' section was created by wikimedia user Jonathan. All other icons used in that section are property of their respective companies.
